There are some truly beautiful homes on our list today. 

239 Murdock Ave. is in a fantastic neighborhood, Norwood Park, directly across the street from Weaver Park, and a great walking place to all of the restaurants and shops along Merrimon Ave. You are also right along the Reedy Creek greenway making this a great biking and running spot.

647 Town Mountain Rd. are the Sunset condos perched atop Sunset Mountain. Less than 5 minutes to downtown in a locked building with an elevator and a heated pool, this is a great no-maintenance building with fabulous views.

27 Rector St. is a great bungalow if you like the Haywood St. arts district. It is on the closest side to downtown near the Early Girl Cafe and walking distance to the French Broad River greenway.

52 Biltmore Ave. is one of my favorite downtown condo locations, right next to Barley's Taproom and across the street from the Mast General Store and the British coffee bus. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and has a very modern touch.

And if you like ultra modern architecture, 8 Deer Run Ct. off of Overlook Rd. in Arden has plenty of space on a private lot surrounded by trees.
