It’s Open House Sunday and we have more open houses today than I have seen in years!
For anyone that says that inventory is low, I beg to differ! WE HAVE 54 OPEN HOUSES TODAY!!! Woo hoo!!!
I know that it’s a little chilly but the sun is shining and it’s a great time to take a look. There are some really good finds to be had and just because a home has been on the market for a few weeks does not mean that there is something wrong with it. We are in changing circumstances this year and days on market does not mean the same that it has for the past few years. It is taking homes longer to sell, so don’t pay too much attention to that metric.
There are some beautiful homes and I would like YOU to have one of them! Take a look and have some fun!
