    Average sales price appreciation in key Asheville neighborhoods and a location guide

    Since 2019, most Asheville neighborhoods have seen a 60%+ increase in average sales price.
    Today, we’re looking at five in particular that put appreciation into perspective:

    1. 28803 (Asheville/Biltmore Park area/Oakley): Up 62%
    2. 28711 (Black Mountain): Up 61%
    3. 28804 (Asheville/Woodfin): Up 60%
    4. 28805 (Asheville/Haw Creek): Up 59%
    5. 28730 (Fairview): Up 58%

    These neighborhoods also saw a 55%+ increase in the price by square foot ratio percent of change, with Black Mountain seeing the largest at 73% (up $139 from 2019).*

    But where are these neighborhoods?

    We throw around a lot of names around but for those of you that are from outside of the area that can get a bit confusing. Take a look at the map below for neighborhood names and locations then read on for a bit of information on what you can expect to find as far as lifestyle.
